South Fork High School is a small, rural, 9-12 secondary school dedicated to providing its students with the skills and opportunities to explore and experience the world both behind and beyond the Redwood Curtain. The campus, located in the midst of Northern California’s redwoods and along the world famous Avenue of the Giants, offers a comprehensive academic curriculum, a varied athletic program, and many extra curricular activities. Current enrollment at South Fork is 199 students.

In our efforts to REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE,  Newsletters will not be mailed home after the first one of the year. We will send the first newsletter of the year with the 1st quarter progress report. After that you may access the Newsletter on this website.

For information on your senior year (beginning with the summer prior),  please look under the Resources Tab Under Counseling and select Senior Checklist.

NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING FOLLOWED BY SPECIAL BOARD MEETING - SHUSD BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Thursday, September 2020 @ 4:00 PM Pacific Time (US and Canada).

The agenda and zoom link for this meeting can be found at agendaonline.net/public/sohumusd

This meeting will be streamed live via the Southern Humboldt USD Facebook page, each individual school sites Facebook page, as well as on the District Website at sohumusd.com/livestream/

Public Comments can be made directly in the zoom meeting or by submitting your comment in writing to the board prior to the session you are wishing to comment on.

Public Comments can be sent to publiccomment@sohumusd.com. Please put “Public Comment” in the subject line. If you are commenting on an agenized item, please use the agenda item number and title in the subject line also. Correspondences sent to this address will be read aloud to the public.

If your public comment is not received prior to the start of the meeting it will be presented to the board at the next regular board meeting under Correspondence, so that the board may address any comments or questions at that time.

All other correspondences may be sent directly to the board or to district@sohumusd.com and will be attached to the agenda at the next regular board meeting following when it is received.

Comments made on the Facebook live stream will not be read or addressed by Board members during the meeting.
